During the 149th Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge
of Montana, Dad Lance Averett received the Theodore T.
Williams Youth Leadership Award.
Up to three of the “Theodore Thomas Williams Youth
Leadership Award” can be presented per year.
Awarded “For having performed eminent and outstanding
service and substantially contributing to the growth,
development, and promotion of Montana DeMolay. Beside
Lance Averett the Award was also presented to the following
who were not present: Robert Kampfer and Chadwick Groth.
DAD Shawn Ratchford presents a statue “Self Made Man” created
by Brook Cunningham, MWPGM of Arizona.
“…left to his own devices, man will use his God-given
talents to be creative, productive, and prosperous.
Using free will, he will better his own situation and
that of those around him, thereby influencing in a
positive way his own destiny…”
