Program Saturday Ladies Program
Following Breakfast, the Ladies will begin their Program
Friday Evening will a departure from Fort Whoop-Up at 9:30 AM. Bus
Transportation will be provided. Planned events are to:

Grand Masters’ Meet
N’ Greet. Located a
block away from our
designated hotel (the
Lethbridge Lodge), the Musem is directly above Fort
Whoop-UP. Our evening will be hosted in the large Viewing
Gallery that overlooks the River Valley with spectacular
views of the University of Lethbridge, Historic Galt #8
Mine Site and the High Level Bridge.
Cocktails at 5:30 PM with Bu et at 6:00 PM. Stay awhile for
fellowship and the opportunity to renew acquaintances Between these two events, the Ladies will have lunch in
and make new friends. Fort Macleod.

Saturday evening, we will once again join with our Ladies
Our Ladies will join with us for a wholesome Breakfast for a wonderful evening meal and entertainment along
Bu et and Self-Guided Tour of Fort Whoop-UP. Breakfast with a look back at our rst 10 years. Bus transportation
will be available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. from the Sandman to Southminster Hall at 5:15, 5:30 and
5:45 with return at the conclusion of this event. Cocktails
Saturday Lodge Program at 5:30 PM with Roast Beef Dinner and Trim at 6:30.
Sunday Morning
Divine Church Service for those that wish to attend at
7:30 AM. Following the Service, there will be a Farewell
Breakfast and a chance to say good-bye to our many
friends from across Montana, Saskatchewan, and
Alberta.

• Hotel Registration Deadline is August 1st. ere is a large
block of rooms so that all may be able to stay together
e Brethren will be holding a tyled Lodge Meeting inside at the recently renovated and rebranded Sandman
Fort Whoop-Up. e highlight of the Lodge meeting will Signature Lethbridge Lodge, located at 320 Scenic Drive.

Master Masons. In addition, there will be an opportunity
for Masonic Education as we look at how we do things
di erently in our respective Jurisdictions. ere will
be a short presentation by one of our members on the
signi cance of the North West Mounted Police and Fort
Whoop-Up. And don’t worry- we will take a break for
lunch on the site where will have a BBQ of bison burgers
will all the trimmings.
