Consolidation of
Ponemah #63 & Thompson Falls #70

Two or more Lodges, located near each other, may consolidate into one Lodge upon such terms as may be
agreed between the Lodges. When should you consider a consolidation? Is your Lodge short of officers? Are
Past Masters serving again as Master, Wardens or Senior Deacon? Are your Lodge's sidelines nearly empty
at Stated Meetings? Has it been a while since your Lodge has had a candidate? Is your membership elderly
or has it moved away? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, consideration of a consolidation is
warranted.
Every Montana Lodge is held under
a charter or warrant from the Grand
Lodge of AF&AM of Montana.
