Demonstrates Servant Leadership

MW Brother Dahlquist visited the Grand Lodge office in Helena on several occasions. He is often found repairing
carpets, answering the telephone, auditing Annual Returns, or conducting tours of the Museum. For some of our
lodges, this type of leadership is demonstrated by their Lodge Officers. Servant leadership should be exercised
in all our lodges; we would be better for it.

We are fortunate to have a Grand Master who can not only lead by example in the office of Grand Master of
Masons in Montana but can also get down and dirty to accomplish tasks demonstrating that he is also a good
steward of the resources of the Craft and Grand Lodge.
