Upon the consolidation becoming effective, each member of each
Lodge to the consolidation automatically becomes a member of the
consolidated Lodge. Each Past Master of each Lodge to the consolidation
automatically becomes a Past Master of the consolidated Lodge. The
consolidated Lodge succeeds to all the money and other property of
each Lodge to the consolidation, including ownership interests in
Masonic Temple Associations. The consolidated Lodge also succeeds to
all debts of each Lodge to the consolidation.
