Supporting the
Montana School for the Deaf and Blind
The Montana Masonic Foundation represented by Sam Whitehead, President and Bruce Lahti, Treasurer/
Director and Daniel Gardiner, Secretary/Director, presented a grant check in the amount of $7,800 to the
Montana School for the Deaf and Blind in Great Falls, to provide increased capabilities in their outreach
program. The schools was opened in 1893 and has been serving Montana for over a hundred years.
The Montana School for the Deaf and the Blind (MSDB) provides comprehensive learning and growing
opportunities for students from birth through age 21 who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired,
or deafblind throughout the state of Montana. These opportunities support future independence and
success!
